Sales Consultant – Inbound Travel Insurance Southend-on-Sea | £24,525 base + uncapped commission (OTE £30–35k) Full-time | Office-based with hybrid working after probation We’re currently working with a rapidly growing travel insurance provider based in Southend who are looking to expand their inbound sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by hitting targets and earning commission—with no cold calling involved. What you’ll be doing: * Handling inbound calls from customers looking for travel insurance * Matching them with the right cover based on their needs and travel plans * Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise earning potential * Building rapport while following compliance and quality scripts * Accurately inputting customer information and adhering to FCA guidelines What they’re looking for: * Previous sales experience (call centre or telephone-based is ideal) * Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner * A target-driven approach and positive attitude * Resilience and a desire to succeed in a high-energy team environment * Insurance experience is a bonus, but full training is provided What’s on offer: * £24,525 basic salary * Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £30,000–£35,000) * Monday–Sunday shift rota (one Sat & one Sun per month), set 6 weeks in advance * Office-based to start with hybrid options once fully trained * Supportive, sociable team environment with progression opportunities * Amazing benefits package If you’re looking for a stable, rewarding role in a growing business, and you’ve got the drive to earn well, we’d love to hear from you.
