Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? Do you have the creativity, collaboration skills, and technical expertise to develop and project manage innovative learning content to engage global audiences? If so, we want to hear from you!

You’ll play a vital role in designing and maintaining world-class training programmes, working alongside talented Learning Content Designers, SMEs and the Global Training team to craft engaging learning solutions tailored to diverse environments.

What You’ll Do

  1. Maintain and Optimise Training Programmes: Ensure training programmes and materials are up-to-date and efficient.
  2. Engage with Experts: Work closely with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  3. Manage and Prioritise Requests: Oversee training programme updates and manage incoming requests from internal teams and partner training staff.
  4. Stay on Track: Follow an established update schedule, communicate changes, and track progress of milestones.
  5. Take on Challenges: Tackle additional tasks and projects assigned by leadership.

Experience:

  1. Experience developing learning content across environments (eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual learning).
  2. Experience managing end-to-end learning development projects.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Storyline 360 highly desirable.
  4. Fluency in English (additional fluency in French, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Spanish is a bonus).
  5. Self-starter who thrives on feedback, manages time effectively and delivers high-quality results under pressure.

Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract, remote working with occasional days required on-site and paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
