Our client is seeking a customer service administrator to join their parts department on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the day to day management and office administration and providing full reception duties.
You will manage calls and enquiries and deal with all relevant aspects of office administration required by your manager.
Job Duties:

Meet and greet customers, identify their needs, and keep those customers fully informed throughout their visit

Communicate with customers and suppliers via telephone and email to make bookings and deal with queries

Accurately report any further work required or vehicle faults to the customer

Create job cards/packs for the workshop

Comply and adhere to Manufacturer specific instructions

Attend training and keep abreast of the latest technical information

Maintain allocated work areas, and keep in a clean and tidy condition

Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst following company polices and standard procedures
