One of our industry leading clients, based at Nutts Corner, are currently seeking a dynamic & enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join their team! This position will have you overseeing the general warehouse function and managing client contracts, a great opportunity to develop your skills & build great relationships.

Position: Warehouse/ Contract Manager

Location: Nutts Corner

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week

Flexibility will be a key requirement due to the nature of the business through peak seasons.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing the day-to-day operations
  • Contract Management
  • Staffing, vehicle and warehouse resource planning
  • Planning and executing peak season requirements
  • Managing client KPIs, e.g. productivity, accuracy and on time in full delivery

Essential Criteria:

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations/ contract client facing role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in staff management and conflict resolution
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and ideally Powerpoint
  • Strong knowledge of workplace Health and Safety, and Driver Regulations
  • Ability to control costs within budget
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively in a team
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in a fast moving warehouse environment
