One of our industry leading clients, based at Nutts Corner, are currently seeking a dynamic & enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join their team! This position will have you overseeing the general warehouse function and managing client contracts, a great opportunity to develop your skills & build great relationships.
Position: Warehouse/ Contract Manager
Location: Nutts Corner
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week
Flexibility will be a key requirement due to the nature of the business through peak seasons.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing the day-to-day operations
- Contract Management
- Staffing, vehicle and warehouse resource planning
- Planning and executing peak season requirements
- Managing client KPIs, e.g. productivity, accuracy and on time in full delivery
Essential Criteria:
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations/ contract client facing role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in staff management and conflict resolution
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and ideally Powerpoint
- Strong knowledge of workplace Health and Safety, and Driver Regulations
- Ability to control costs within budget
- Ability to work under pressure effectively in a team
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a fast moving warehouse environment
