Overview
We are seeking three highly skilled Project Managers to lead the implementation of a standard solution for Order Management & Distribution (OMD). Each Project Manager will focus on a specific area: Integration, Development, and Data Migration. These roles are critical to the success of the overall programme, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all components.
Responsibilities
- Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives.
- RAID Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
- Finance Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Quality Management: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- An additional course or certification in Business Consulting or Project Management (waterfall, agile).
- Additional Technical Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2.
Essential Skills
- Project Manager – Integration:
- Lead the development, testing, and implementation of integration requirements.
- Ensure the strategic OMD solution is integrated with various systems using the Mulesoft Anypoint integration platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
- Project Manager – Development:
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new components within the OMD Solution Programme.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all new components.
- Work closely with development teams to manage the lifecycle of new features and enhancements.
- Project Manager – Data Migration:
- Lead the development, testing, and implementation of data migration requirements.
- Manage the transition of data from legacy platforms to the new OMD Solution landscape.
- Coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within IT or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Order Management & Distribution processes.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with RAID management and financial oversight.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Specific experience in Integration (Mulesoft Anypoint), Development, or Data Migration is highly desirable.
What Do I Need Before I Apply?
- You’ll also need to be flexible to travel to client sites across the UK as required, specifically Milton Keynes.
