Wakefield Council are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead and shape their HR Business Partner service, driving organisational success and supporting senior leaders in building organisational capacity. As the Council modernises their HR and Organisational Development services, your role will be crucial in implementing HR strategies and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with directors and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of the council’s goals.
