As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for:Managing matters from start to finish, including taking initial client instructions, progressing cases, and handling archiving, all under supervision and in line with office and account procedures. Communicating with clients and external parties on behalf of fee earners and handling inquiries appropriately. Providing administrative support to fee earners, solicitors, and partners. Gathering and preparing necessary documentation for files. Billing client files and managing the collection of outstanding payments. Coordinating with the Accounts team for processing cheques, paying disbursements, and related tasks. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document collation. Staying up to date with legal knowledge and skill development. Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment. Helping to refine and improve office processes and procedures.
