A well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors, based in the West Yorkshire area, is looking to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support their growing team. This role offers exceptional flexibility, with the option to work remotely for the majority of the time and attend the office as little as once per month for meetings – or more frequently if preferred., * Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management environment.

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards).

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Competitive salary – negotiable depending on experience (circa £40K, potentially up to £45K for right person)

  • Flexible working arrangements – remote-first, with office visits tailored to your preference, although a full time, office based role will be fine as well.
