Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of my clients FMCG business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of operational strategies. This role is pivotal in driving productivity and fostering a positive work environment while ensuring that all operational activities align with the company’s goals., * Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimise operational performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

• Implement training programmes for staff to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to their roles.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within a relevant industry.

• Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and process optimisation techniques.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change effectively.

• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with relevant software is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset focused on achieving results.

• A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
