Job Title: Production Operative Location: Deeside Starting Rate: £12.25 – plus shift premium Shifts: Various shifts available We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the role. Key Responsibilities: Produce and assemble products according to set specifications. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace. Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report quality issues to the shift leader. Follow all health and safety protocols in the workplace. What We’re Looking For: Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and calculating. Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work with raw materials or products when necessary.
