Our client a leading transport services company is currently seeking a Transport Customer Service Administrator to join this fast paced and growing business. The operational role ideally is looking for someone with Customer Service/ administration experience looking for their next challenge and to join this friendly and dedicated team.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Dealing with Customers daily, Great listening skills

Scheduling routine maintenance and liaising with clients

Assisting with vehicle procurement, licensing, registrations

Preparing driver documentation and working with the drivers

Providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager
Ideally you will come from a customer services role, and have experience using Excel and Microsoft Office. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator and team player -, * Administrative
