Duties of the role:
- Carrying out plumbing repairs & maintenance in council properties
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship & compliance with safety standards
- Maintaining tools, PPE, and a clean, safe work environment
- Providing great customer service to tenants & residents
- Mentoring apprentices & support the wider maintenance team
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) – NVQ Level 3 desirable
- At least 3 years' experience in the plumbing industry
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to use MS Office/PDA software for job tracking
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Bonus skills: Ability to carry out minor tiling or carpentry work is a plus!
