About the Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential developments across the East of Scotland. You’ll oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to an award-winning standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
2. Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
3. Ensure construction is delivered to the highest quality standards.
4. Drive project timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
2. A track record of delivering high-quality developments, ideally with NHBC award recognition.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. A passion for building homes to the highest standards.
5. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
