Mechanical Contracts Manager

Experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager with proven experience of managing contracts upto a value of £1M. * Must be able to understand and read through specifications and drawings provided. * The role shall include managing various different sectors including commercial, education, Residential, healthcare and industrial. * Full time position * The salary is flexible dependant on experience but is in the range of £50,000 – £60,000 plus company car allowance. Suitable candidates may have the following qualities:- * Thorough and efficient supplier and subcontractor knowledge * Understanding of associated mechanical services * Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines * Computer literate with experience of Estimation software Issuing/updating contract documents via an electronic control system * Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment * Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company policies * Working in an integrated team
