Join to apply for the Facilities Administrator role at RGR. Due to increased customer demand, we are actively seeking a Facilities Administrator to work for a hard services, commercial maintenance provider based in/around the Sutton area of Greater London.
As the Facilities Administrator, you will be working centrally within the operations team, carrying out some of the following duties:
- Monitor company email inbox and ensure emails reach the correct person/s quickly and efficiently.
- Log incoming jobs on the company CAFM system.
- Update job notes and update works on company and client CAFM systems.
- Order parts, materials, and tools for engineers.
- Raise POs for Engineers and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with various departments, internal staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Liaise with clients to schedule works and arrange access to sites.
- Ensure jobs have all relevant compliance documentation on the company CAFM system.
- Work closely with the scheduling team.
Employment Package:
- Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 depending on experience.
- Additional earnings opportunities by joining the out-of-hours (OOH) team, optional but could add up to £10,000 per annum.
- On-the-job and industry training provided.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm (Office Based).
- Holidays: 21 days + 8 bank holidays (total 30 days).

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the FM / Maintenance industry is preferred but not essential.

- Comfortable communicating via email, phone, and face-to-face.
- Full-time commitment to being office-based in Sutton.
