Requirements for an experienced site manager working on a water treatment site managing the mechanical installation of water treatment equipment. Two sites within half an hour of each other may be required to work on either of these sites. One is managing the civils to mechanical installation, and one site is purely a mechanical installation.
Looking to start as soon as Monday 03/02/2025. Contract is running on an ongoing basis.
Job Details
- Must have an in-date SMSTS and First Aid Certificate (3 day minimum).
- Thames Water Passport is advantageous, but training can be provided.
- Will be required to have previous water treatment experience or a strong mechanical background.
Can be paid CIS or PAYE through an umbrella company; Limited Company is a conversation to be had.
Duties On Site Will Include
- Managing the mechanical installations, acceptance of deliveries, and ensuring materials are correctly stored.
- Managing and overseeing the civils work going into the mechanical installation.
- Writing and following RAMS and Method Statements.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures on site and ensuring all workers follow these as well.
