Rapier Employment are currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a leading retail chain. Vendor collection work. You will be engaged to deliver to store or depot to depot, which will involve two to three deliveries per shift. Start times will vary. Class 1 Drivers must take an assessment first which is fully paid as long as you pass. The assessment involves theory and driving assessments. If you are already DHL assessed, you will only need to attend an induction day which is also paid for.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE £18.06 per hour. Mainly Saturday, Sunday & Monday shifts available.
YOU WILL NEED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Class 1 (C+E) Licence minimum of 3 months (HGV 1 DRIVER on the road) experience
- No DR10’s
- No CD10’s
- No IN10’s
- NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- UK Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
- Relevant experience in a similar role desirable
- Excellent reversing & manoeuvring skills
