They are now looking to expand their commercial team, bringing on board a new National Account Manager.Your Responsibilities:Design and implement tailored account strategies to boost revenue and meet defined objectives.Establish and nurture effective relationships with decision-makers and influencers across priority client portfolios.Oversee commercial negotiations and partnership agreements to secure advantageous terms.Work cross-functionally with internal teams—such as branding, innovation, and logistics—to align on client goals and ensure seamless execution.Assess performance metrics, industry developments, and client input to spot areas for expansion and enhancement.Continuously review account health and take proactive steps to address challenges and maintain momentum.Provide stakeholders with detailed performance insights and strategic direction through regular reporting.Guide and empower junior colleagues, encouraging a team culture focused on collaboration and high achievement.About You:4+ years of experience in client or account management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sectorProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with large retail partnersSkilled in influencing stakeholder decisions and driving commercial outcomesStrong multitasking abilities with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsReliable and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvementDemonstrated experience supporting the operational requirements of major retail accountsTechnologically proficient with a solid understanding of retail operations and systemsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisionsIf you are commercially driven, passionate about health and wellness, and eager to make a tangible impact in the grocery space, we\’d love to hear from you.We are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
