The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of family and matrimonial law matters while assisting senior Partners on more complex matters. Both aspects include offering expert legal guidance and representing clients with a high level of professionalism. As a Family Solicitor, you will be tasked with providing expert advice on a range of family law issues such as divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. Additionally, you will conduct negotiations, mediations, and when necessary, represent clients in court. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a crucial aspect of this role, along with staying informed about changes in family law and legal developments. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE, possessing substantial experience in handling family and matrimonial law matters.
