A rapidly growing manufacturing business is expanding its team and seeking a motivated Extrusion Operator to support ongoing investment and development. With significant upgrades across the site and a strong commitment to training-including a structured 3‑month onboarding programme-this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience to join a stable, well-established team.

Role Overview

Support extrusion line production, working closely with the Lead Operator

Adhere to all Health & Safety and hygiene standards

Handle raw materials, including de‑bagging and following customer specifications

Remove, palletise and package finished products

Manage and dispose of waste materials correctly

Record production data and contribute to process improvements

Assist with deep cleaning of machinery

Skills & Experience

Previous manufacturing experience is highly advantageous

Strong team-working approach

Commitment to Health & Safety procedures

Experience working to KPIs

Ability to log and manage production data

Positive attitude toward learning and development
