On behalf of a major EPC client, WRS are searching for a Piping Stress Engineer to work in the client’s office in the London Area. The role will be initially offered on a short-term contract with scope to be extended, working in the office 5 days per week.

Role offers:

  1. Office based working schedule
  2. Competitive hourly rate outside IR35

Successful candidates require:

  1. UK passport holder
  2. Knowledge of applicable industry standards (ASME B31.3, API, BS and EN Standards)
  3. Experience on large EPC and Brownfield projects
  4. Experienced in using commercially available piping stress analysis software (Caesar II)
  5. Working knowledge of PED
  6. Experienced in developing and implementing project procedures
  7. Vibration mitigation of piping systems
  8. Forward thinking and happy to challenge the way we work and contribute to the development of the KBR WAY
  9. Keen to knowledge share with Engineers located in Leatherhead and in other offices
  10. Good communication skills
  11. Mechanical Engineering Degree
  12. Chartered Engineer Status (desirable)
