About the role
We’re looking for aSenior Designer to join our London studio, someone with sharp thinking, standout ideas, and the creative firepower to shape world-class brands.
At DBP, you’ll work across a dynamic mix of global enterprise clients and high-energy consumer brands, helping them connect with audiences through smart, striking, and strategically driven design. From building bold visual identities to crafting brand worlds across motion, digital, and comms. This is your chance to make meaningful, culture-shaping work.
Got experience (or just serious interest) in the gaming, tech, or entertainment space? Even better. As brand and gaming worlds collide, we’re excited by designers who can think playfully, act quickly, and tap into digital-first culture.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive creative concepts, push craft, and collaborate with strategists, writers, and motion teams to deliver work that turns heads and creates real impact.
About you
You\’re a designer with vision, energy, and ideas that cut through.
You see the big picture but never miss the detail, whether it’s building a strategic brand system or finessing a type-led identity to perfection. You thrive on variety, and your portfolio shows it: a smart mix of brand identity, motion, digital design, and bold thinking across sectors.
You’re confident presenting your ideas and leading creative conversations, whether that’s with your team or in front of clients. You’re collaborative by nature, and bring curiosity, initiative, and a sense of fun to the creative process.
You stay sharp by keeping your eye on what’s next, trends in tech, culture, branding, and beyond, and you’re always looking for ways to push ideas further.
Bonus if you’ve worked in or around gaming, digital culture, or entertainment brands, but if your work shows strategic thinking, creative courage, and serious craft – we want to hear from you.
Why us?
We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
We believe the best work happens when we\’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That\’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
