Within the Real Estate team, which provides expert advice on the full range of real estate related disputes as well as specialist guidance on landlord and tenant matters.

Acting for both landlords and tenants gives the team perspective and enables an understanding of the key concerns and priorities of the other parties. They also regularly represent clients in issues involving more than one jurisdiction.

Clients range from investment managers with large and varied real estate portfolios to office occupiers and retailers, as well as charities and individuals with smaller portfolios. They also act for registered social housing providers, residential landlords, and tenants.

Two real estate litigation lawyers (2-5 PQE) are now sought. One will handle commercial real estate litigation, and the other residential.
