Role Title: Regional General ManagerSalary: Competitive salary, plus performance related bonus and benefitsLocation: Midlands Our client is an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing Field Service business, in the Facilities Management and Property Services sector. They are seeking to recruit a Regional General Manager to lead the effective and efficient delivery and organic growth of the company\’s operations across the Midlands. Reporting to the Head of Operations in this newly created role, the successful candidate will be responsible for seamlessly integrating the operations of new acquisitions and customers as the company grows and delivering an outstanding customer service and colleague experience. Responsibilities will include:Championing a culture of high performance & values whilst maintaining a laser focus on ensuring colleagues are motivated, engaged, trained and equippedIn conjunction with the Head of HR, resource plan for growth, recruit talented new colleagues in a timely fashion, succession plan and develop colleagues for their current and future rolesManaging performance in alignment with culture and valuesWorking closely with the technical function, delivering services in the most environmentally responsible way both in terms of service delivery and treatment Delivering outstanding customer service, leading to best-in-class customer satisfaction and retention rates Working closely with the Commercial function, implement sales & marketing strategies to promote ever greater customer engagement and to achieve organic growth targetsSeamlessly integrating the operations of new customers as the company grows, to deliver outstanding customer serviceIdentifying potential acquisition targets and seamlessly integrate the operations of new bolt-on acquisitions Deploying group policies, processes, technology and services throughout the operational delivery organisation to deliver consistent service quality, efficiency and a “one company” focus Candidate requirements:A University or post graduate degree or experience in lieuA valid driving license and access to a vehicleAt least seven years’ experience in relevant Field Service operational leadership role in a highly entrepreneurial, fast growth environmentExceptional communication and collaboration skills – both written and verbalEffective leadership of diverse teamsChampioning and supporting the implementation of technology solutions in a technologically diverse operating environmentProven experience in growing businesses organicallyExceptional “people skills” to establish rapport, build relationships and engage with people across all levels of the businessCreative, dynamic and highly commercial, with a modern and innovative mindset If this sounds of interest please send your CV in Word format, quoting reference 32902/LT/ED detailing your current remuneration package and availability.
