Lab Technician

Element has an opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our rapidly expanding Connected Technologies business at our state-of-the-art laboratory in Surrey Hills, Guildford.As a member of our Radio Testing team, you will perform a variety of testing assignments to ensure cutting edge consumer electrical devices meet specific radio testing standards and are safe for manufactures to bring to market.Core responsibilitiesPrepare material specimens for testingPerform tests as directed by customer specificationsOperate under the supervision of a more senior test technician and/or a Department ManagerGather and record test dataConstruct and maintain various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment.Key SkillsWorking knowledge of laboratory safetyHS diploma or GED certificate preferred.
