Bar Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience., * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.

• Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.

• Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

• Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.

• Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
