Motion/Graphic Designer – Job DescriptionNoise Media is an award winning social media marketing agency based in London. We work with some of the world’s leading brands and utilise our years of expertise within the industry to create and deliver innovative and exciting marketing campaigns. Our clients include Sky, Vodafone, Brothers Cider, TaskRabbit, Just Eat, ASOS, Apple & Papa John’s.The RoleWe\’re looking for an ambitious and passionate motion & graphic designer who has experience creating scroll-stopping social first content. You’ll be part of a passionate and fast growing content team and working across our portfolio of clients. Your day to day will focus on creating multi-channel social content for brands both big and small across a diverse range of industries.Drawing on your design fundamentals; whether creating short-form animations or designing brand guidelines, you will seamlessly be able to integrate graphics and text into engaging and slick deliverables. Working closely with the Creative Director and head of motion, you will be an integral part of their growing creative team.We’re flexible about working from home, currently splitting the week between WFH (Tuesday & Friday) and working in the office (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign the look, feel and tone of branded content.This will cover a wide range of brands in different industries.Expanding on existing branding for refresh and innovative design ideas. This will range from organic social content and paid ad campaigns.Brainstorming content for a variety of brands and executing this with the wider team.Sharing inspirational content examples.Generating new exciting ideas from bespoke single piece content ideas to larger campaign themes.Taking ownership of brands and responsibility for creative output.Constantly look to develop skills in any software which helps in the creation of content.Assisting with internal brand evolution.Creating B2B content for Noise Media channels.Assisting in pitch deck and internal presentation designs.RequiredProficient in the Adobe suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.3-5 Years Experience in creating social first motion graphics.Basic 3D experience. Knowledge of social media content and advertising campaigns.Confidence and experience to have creative input in design and strategy.Intuitive within design – being able to create result driving ad content within the guidelines of a range of brands.Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.Extremely hard-working and interested in being part of a start-up culture. Must be based in London.DesirablesSocial media marketing experience (Agency preferred).
