About the Company
We are working exclusively with an exciting business in the rail industry who is currently looking for x3 Legal Counsels to join their team based across the UK in either London, Newcastle, York, Birmingham, Manchester, or Bristol. Itβs an extremely exciting time to be joining the business as they go through major acquisitions and developments, growing from 12 to 80 employees in the last few years, and continuing to grow every quarter.
About the Role
You will be reporting into the General Counsel and other internal Senior Counsels. Providing legal support, oversight, and strategy to multiple different businesses within the group. Assisting with a variety of different elements involved in transitions/acquisitions. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks across the group.

- Evidence of interpreting and managing complex legal and commercial documents

Pay range and compensation package
- Β£60,000-Β£73,000 salary offering
- Hybrid working (2/3 days a week on-site)
