Your keen analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in managing payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and supporting our workforce.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nPayroll Processing: Prepare and process monthly payroll with precision, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.\\nCompliance & Taxation: Ensure all payroll practises adhere to relevant laws and regulations, keeping our organisation compliant.\\nData Entry & Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records diligently, ensuring accuracy in salary details, leave balances, and deductions.\\nOvertime and Deductions: Carefully verify monthly overtime and staff lunch deductions to ensure correctness.\\nReporting: Compile and submit the payroll reporting pack to our payroll provider punctually, and meticulously review pre-pay reports including salary summaries and tax deductions.\\nIssue Resolution: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll with promptness and professionalism, resolving any discrepancies or concerns.\\nBenefits Administration: Collaborate with the School Business Manager and HR Officer to manage deductions for pensions and other employee benefits.\\nAudits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing payroll records and relevant documentation as needed.\\nSystems Management: Support updates and improvements to our payroll systems to ensure smooth operations.\\nConfidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding payroll information. \\n\\nWhat You Bring:\\n\\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\\nProficiency in payroll software systems, specifically iTrent\\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\\nPrevious experience in payroll processing or a related field is a must! \\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nBe part of a team that values education and community.\\nEnjoy a supportive and engaging work environment.\\nBenefit from professional development opportunities and a commitment to your growth.
