We are working with a leading fit-out contractor seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services across prestigious interior projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on MEP specialist to lead delivery, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The RoleAs MEP Manager, you will be responsible for managing all stages of MEP works from design, procurement, installation, commissioning, to handover. You will work closely with the Project Director, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors, ensuring that MEP services are fully integrated into the overall fit-out programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP design, installation, and commissioning across high-end fit-out projects.Assist in preparation of tender enquiries and submissions for MEP subcontract packages.Represent the company as the MEP specialist during pre- and post-tender client meetings.Select and procure MEP subcontractors and consultants in coordination with the project team.Develop and maintain detailed MEP project programmes covering all phases: design, procurement, installation, testing, and handover.Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as contractual obligations.Provide leadership to the project team and coordinate MEP works with interfacing contractors.Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing resolutions.Assist with commercial aspects of MEP works, including contract negotiation and monthly valuations.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.Candidate RequirementsEssential:Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in an MEP role within construction.Recognised qualification in a relevant discipline.Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Commercial awareness and cost management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Willingness to travel to UK sites.Preferred:Experience working on fit-out contracts.Why Apply?
