Location: Remote with some travel to Central London offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Domain Knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Testing Frameworks, Tools, Techniques.
  2. Resource Management including Capacity & Capability with Partners.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement from Execs to Delivery, including internal clients.
  4. Pre-Sales activities such as presenting, scoping, estimating, solutioning, and resourcing.
  5. Driving Team Outcomes including Partners, Ensuring Quality Delivery and Meeting Stakeholder Expectations.
  6. Governance, Leadership & Management including Budgets and Delivering the Quality Strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience managing or leading QA teams of significant size (around 70 people).
  2. Strong network of 3rd party teams for vendor management.
  3. Proven people management and leadership skills.
  4. Prior experience as a Tester or QA Assistant.
  5. Strong Business Stakeholder Management skills.
  6. Resilience and adaptability for global calls and travel.
  7. In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards (e.g., ISO9001).
  8. Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
  9. Experience in delivering quality management frameworks and developing Quality Strategies.
  10. Professional certification in quality management is desirable but not mandatory.
