Location: Remote with some travel to Central London offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Testing Frameworks, Tools, Techniques.
• Resource Management including Capacity & Capability with Partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement from Execs to Delivery, including internal clients.
• Pre-Sales activities such as presenting, scoping, estimating, solutioning, and resourcing.
• Driving Team Outcomes including Partners, Ensuring Quality Delivery and Meeting Stakeholder Expectations.
• Governance, Leadership & Management including Budgets and Delivering the Quality Strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience managing or leading QA teams of significant size (around 70 people).
• Strong network of 3rd party teams for vendor management.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Prior experience as a Tester or QA Assistant.
• Strong Business Stakeholder Management skills.
• Resilience and adaptability for global calls and travel.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards (e.g., ISO9001).
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience in delivering quality management frameworks and developing Quality Strategies.
• Professional certification in quality management is desirable but not mandatory.
