Excellent opportunity to join and lead the IT support team of a well-established and expanding SaaS based company. They have a highly successful, rapidly growing team with 3 direct reports within the tech support team (2nd line). They also respond to less than 100 tickets a day collectively across the team and around 10 are closed per day.
The role will be based in the office three days a week with two days at home.
The Role
You’ll help manage escalations, guide junior engineers, and ensure the performance and reliability of our hybrid cloud infrastructure, which supports customers across financial services and other regulated industries.
What are we looking for:
- Previous management experience of IT Support teams.
- Strong skills in Windows or Linux, Active Directory, Networking, and Scripting.
- Some Microsoft Azure knowledge.
