As Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our affiliate and partnership programs. You’ll work closely with leading UK and global retailers to maximise exposure, drive revenue, and ensure Digthisdeal.com users are always getting the best offers out there. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy, tools, and commercial relationships that define our affiliate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate networks, individual partners, and brands.
  • Monitor and optimise affiliate performance—track KPIs, analyse ROI, and improve conversion rates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with our product and marketing teams to align affiliate campaigns with user engagement strategies.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and niche publishers.
  • Keep on top of affiliate industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with tracking, reporting, and attribution systems.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce business development.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate networks (e.g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten) and tracking technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or affiliate dashboards.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • A passion for retail, technology, and sustainable shopping is a big plus.
