An experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler is required by a growing major Insurance Broker to deal with its large Corporate Clients. You will work alongside the Client Executives on an established and varied portfolio of large Corporate clients across a large number of sectors within the UK, and you will have lots of exciting opportunities to grow existing client relationships. The role enables you to have more time with clients and to be able to focus on technical excellence. Your clients will typically require bespoke Insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Our Client is successfully operating a flexible Hybrid working model.

Areas of Responsibility of this Senior Commercial Account Handler role include:
- Handle the day-to-day service provided to clients, ensuring the highest level of service, whilst supporting them with technical advice on their cover.
- Liaise with the Client Management team to fully understand the client's business and insurance requirements.
- Attend client meetings and visits to clients, such as the client pre-renewal and renewal meeting, or supporting on Insurer surveys.
- Identify potential improvements in client risk and Insurance programme design and make recommendations.
- Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments and cover extensions - fully support the Broking function to achieve optimum solution for the client.
- Preparation of comprehensive marketing presentations, including preparing cover comparisons.
- Build and develop effective working relationships with Insurers.
- Provide on-going communication with the client following queries/alterations.
