Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client Bell Group with recruiting an HR Advisor to join their HR team as the business continues to evolve. As part of a small, well-established HR team you will support in a generalist capacity, delivering on both business as usual and key projects which will support the organisation's growth, promoting a positive and nurturing culture.

In this role you will:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance on employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, and absence management.
  • Support and coach managers dealing with HR issues, ensuring they are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner.
  • Continuously support the up-skill of managers to ensure consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters across the business.
  • Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes.
  • Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide commercial solutions whilst minimising risk.

We are looking for:

  • A depth of knowledge of HR policy and best practice in a generalist capacity.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships throughout all levels of the business.
  • Approachable, diplomatic and personable with a friendly communication style.
  • Ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills ensuring clear communication.
