If so, we want to hear from you!We are working with a dynamic community-focused organisation, for a Learning and Development Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence through L&D interventions.The OpportunityThis role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys leading from the front, designing, delivering, and evaluating diverse learning solutions from compliance and leadership to soft-skills and digital learning.You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align people development with strategic business goals and be the go-to for learning innovation, capability building, and performance enhancement.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbed and promote a culture of learning and development across all levels of the organisation.Design and deliver a diverse portfolio of training solutions including customer experience, compliance, leadership, and skills development.Collaborate with teams to drive delivery of the People Strategy through tailored L&D initiatives.Support the creation and roll-out of innovative leadership development programmes.Identify learning needs through business partnering and performance review inputs.Leverage new technologies and tools to offer blended and scalable learning solutions.Manage the L&D budget, report on training outcomes, and demonstrate ROI.Build strategic external relationships to generate funding and position the business as a sector leader.Provide leadership to junior team members and collaborate across departments on cross-functional projects.About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, innovation and a people-first mindset to everything they do.
