Responsibilities:

  • Act as a positive role model.
  • Deliver a range of behaviour management techniques.
  • Support learners with a range of SEN/SEMH needs.
  • 1-1 and group interventions.
  • Engage a young person in learning through a range of methods.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing behaviour.
  • To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
  • To be able to commit to working at the school for a long period of time.
  • Team Teach trained (preferred).
  • Must have EHCP experience.
  • Must have enhanced DBS.
