This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional either looking to step into their first management role or an experienced manager eager to further their career. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.Drive business development activities to expand our client base and increase market penetration.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing placements.Lead and mentor a team of consultants, setting performance goals and providing training to enhance their skills and drive divisional success.Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.Analyse market trends and collaborate with senior management to align strategies with business objectives.Ensure the highest levels of client and candidate service, upholding the Reed brand and its values.
