Overview My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking to hire a funds lawyer into their London legal team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3PQE within s funds team of a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution.
Responsibilities Provide legal support to the firm\’s business, including investment, research, and operations in respect of the London office, to support the firm\’s EMEA strategy.
Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management, advisory and non-disclosure for clients of the London office to support the firm\’s EMEA strategy.
Provide legal support as required on the wider firm\’s business, in order to support the global strategy.
Work with internal investment, operations, compliance, and risk teams to advise on developing and refining process and strategy.
