About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Partnerships to lead and expand our partnership efforts on a global scale. As a key member of our Business Development Team , you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic commercial partnerships that drive growth and enhance our market presence. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive commercial partnership strategy, aligning it with our business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Process & Infrastructure Management: Develop processes, materials and infrastructure needed to manage a global partnership programme.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners such as sales agents, referrers, commercial resellers, white-labels and industry influencers. Responsibility for partner enablement, training and engagement.
  • Market Analysis & Lead Generation: Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities and trends and leverage this knowledge to drive partnership initiatives.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximise value for both parties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success etc) to create a culture of collaboration across the business around commercial partnerships, driving a clear understanding of our partnerships and how to leverage these to drive growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5yrs proven experience in a senior partnership or business development role, preferably in the HR, employee mobility industry or a related saas technology.
  • Strong track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships on a global scale.
