With a UK team of over 50 employment specialists, this practice is part of a truly global network and regularly manages complex, cross-border projects.The WorkThe role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include:Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clientsEmployment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfersEmployment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate workCollective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relationsInternal investigations, including regulatory aspectsStrategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmesAbout YouA qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 to 6 years’ PQEExperience across both contentious and non-contentious mattersStrong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approachExcellent communication and drafting skills, with the confidence to advise high-profile clientsA proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to a busy, supportive team
