The AGM is responsible for creating a strong brand name through inspiring and supportive leadership by working closely with the General Manager.This role is critical as it will be one of the main drivers of delivering the best service possible. Whilst leading the creating and executing of all the higher value elements of the proposition, you also need to focus on networking and community, personal and team development to deliver a commercially healthy site. It will require you to work closely with the Community & Events Lead and the Sales team to ensure new members are onboarded properly and set up to be high value and actively contributing to the community.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and developing an efficient and effective on-site team that embodies the culture and personality of the brandHelping GM with recruitmentDevelopment of teamLeadership / personal developmentRunning the site in the absence of the General ManagerCreating and evolving an onsite operating model that consistently delivers a best-in-class service to members across both member services and guest experienceProcess and systemsEfficiency and executionHealth & safety, regulatory complianceSupporting the management of commercial performance of the site to drive strong contribution to the groupMember retentionUtilisation of rooms trackedDriving commercial projects such as event hire and growth servicesBuilding and developing an efficient and effective on-site team that embodies the culture and personality of the brand.
