Children's Social Worker – Children in Care Team\\n\\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of children in our care, promoting their safety, well-being, and development as they navigate the challenges of being looked after.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage a caseload of children in care, providing ongoing support and guidance as they transition through different placements and stages of their lives.\\nWork collaboratively with children, foster carers, adoptive parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans that address their specific needs and aspirations. \\nOffer practical and emotional support to children in care, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of trust and security.\\nChampion the best interests of children, ensuring their voices are heard, their rights are protected, and they have access to appropriate services and resources.
