Job Title: Care Worker Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Worker to join our team in a temporary assignment. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in a social care setting. Responsibilities – Provide personal care and support to adults in need – Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating – Support individuals with mobility and cognitive needs – Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of service users – Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals – Maintain accurate records and reports Requirements – Experience in care work or a related field – Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Compassionate and empathetic approach to care – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Basic literacy and numeracy skills – Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check Qualifications – NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable) – QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable) – Other relevant qualifications or training in care work Working Details – Hours: 22.5 hours per week – Shifts: Various shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 – Duration: Temporary assignment from March 17, 2025, to June 9, 2025 What We Offer – Competitive hourly rate – Opportunity to work with a reputable organization – Supportive team environment
