About The Role
Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.
In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:
- Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
- Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI’s answers
Requirements
- You have a Master’s degree or PhD in the following areas: Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
- You have at least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
- You are familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
- Your level of English is proficient (C2)
- You are able to create engaging content through mix of of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
- Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
