Join our marketing unit and take hold of a dynamic role, working with a range of clients across multiple industries and markets. You will work hand-in-hand with creatives, strategists, technologists, and other team members, seeing client strategy through to execution, and enabling us to drive a tangible return on investment for our clients. Roles and responsibilities Planning out omni-channel marketing campaigns on social, Google, web, email and SEO Day-to-day communication with clients to effectively co-ordinate account management Seeing strategy through to execution, conducted through stellar operational efficiency Working hand-in-hand with a dedicated creative for the production of creative assets Management of paid media campaigns that leverage a data-driven approach to optimize performance Crunching down data and translating it into actionable insights that guide intelligent decision making across client campaigns and general business Day-to-day management of social media, and other online accounts, for your client portfolio Translation of data into actionable insights Developing ideas and creative concepts Working as a strategic lead for your clients and team members Requirements Technical Requirements: Expert platform knowledge across Meta, Google Advertising, LinkedIn, Email, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Proficient level of knowledge on core SEO principles, and ability to implement WordPress-based SEO exercises through the use of RankMath or similar plugins Excellent understanding of marketing KPIs, and how these come together to form a picture of clients’ overall performance Ability to make data-driven decisions across all day-to-day management, ensuring output is optimised to drive results Ability to craft robust digital marketing funnels that are built with the following areas in mind: Excellent operations and project management skills Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Experience and Soft Skill Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in a digital marketing role, ideally agency-side Excellent copywriting in the English language Attention to detail and excellent organisation Adherence to deadlines whilst maintaining quality output What we promise Competitive salary in-line with your portfolio quality and experience Ongoing performance reviews + salary increases Excellent room for growth and clear paths for career advancement within our organisation Ongoing mentoring and training Collaboration with local and international brands across an wide range of different industries Friendly working environment with frequent team building and events About Bullshark Founded in late 2020, Bullshark has grown to become a dynamic, multi-disciplinary digital services provider.
