I am on the hunt for a Creative Strategist to join a health tech start-up, that is changing the way we track and approach our health and daily life! The Creative Producer will shape high-impact video content and campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between creative thinking and strategic insight - turning audience data, platform trends, and brand messaging into smart, engaging ideas. Working as part of a tight-knit creative team, you’ll contribute to the development of scripts, storyboards, and narrative arcs that bring ideas to life - from TikToks and YouTube videos to brand campaigns and branded content.
Location - Remote UK (occasional travel to London)
Salary - up to £75K (DOE)
Responsibilities:- Develop innovative creative strategies for social media and video content.
- Work closely with Creative Producers to craft compelling narratives, effective hooks, and engaging on-screen stories.
- Draft, edit, and perfect scripts, dialogue, and treatments for both branded and editorial content.
- Transform audience data and campaign goals into high-performing digital content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, performance, client services) to ensure creative work meets brand objectives and key performance indicators.
- Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on audience engagement.
- Keep current with digital trends, the creator economy, and platform algorithm changes.
- Demonstrated success in creative strategy or content development within media, agency, or digital-first settings.
- Exceptional storytelling ability, with strong command over scriptwriting, dialogue, tone of voice, and content framing.
- Deep understanding of creating resonant content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and new platforms.
- Solid grasp of campaign strategy, creative development, and digital engagement best practices.
- Outstanding communication and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
- Adept at balancing creative vision with brand objectives and performance targets.
