We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Transaction Manager to join our Volvo Retailer in West London which is a calm, modern and premium environment where people and performance go hand in hand.

What you’ll do

As Transaction Manager, you’ll play a key role within the sales leadership team—working alongside our Sales Manager and Sales Executives to help customers find the right vehicle, on the right terms, in the right way. Your expertise in finance, insurance and compliance will help guide customers with transparency and confidence, creating a seamless and positive buying experience. You’ll also support the team in achieving performance targets and nurturing a high-trust, high-performance culture.

You’re someone who understands the importance of detail, while keeping a clear view of the bigger picture. You take pride in offering honest advice, clear options and exceptional service—and you know how to bring out the best in others, too.

• Proven experience in sales, finance and F&I within a retailer environment
• Ability to communicate finance options in a clear, compliant and customer-friendly way
• A collaborative and calm leadership style
• A strong track record of meeting sales and finance targets
• A genuine commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience
