Programme Director

I\’m helping a fast growing PE backed insurer find a Programme Director to join them to lead a major transformation which includes a new platform implementation, integrations and target operating model. The role will involve hands on delivery of the programmes, including matrix management of the change team and senior stakeholder and vendor management.They are seeking someone with experience within the Insurance market as a Programme Director / Manager who has experience of leading business transformation within a dynamic and changing environment.This is an initial 6 month role with a lucrative day rate and outside IR35. The role will be based one or two days a week in Gloucester and the rest remote working.
