They’re seeking a senior consultant who has the drive, credibility, and experience to take the lead in opening and growing the business here.This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s looking for ownership, autonomy, and long-term growth – both in their desk and in building a team.What You’ll Be Doing:Establish and grow a profitable desk in one of the company’s core sectors:Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&EAct as the lead recruiter for the Newcastle regionBuild and nurture client relationships — you’ll be trusted to get on with itEventually hire and lead a team around you as the office growsCollaborate with a wider team of experienced consultants across the UKWhat We’re Looking For:A proven 360 recruiter with at least 3 years’ experienceSector expertise in Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&ESelf-motivated and driven to build something long-termReady to work on-site and lay the foundations for a new officeComfortable with the responsibility of delivering results and leading growthWhat’s On Offer:£35,000 – £50,000 base salary (DOE)Uncapped commission structure: UP TO 20% as well as a management commission schemeOTE of £100k+Support from a successful senior team with no micromanagementLong-term opportunity to lead and manage a new regional branchReal autonomy – with the security of a well-backed businessThis is your chance to be the driving force behind a new regional office – with serious backing and belief.If you\’re a senior recruiter ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.
